Your tumbler is decorated on a high quality stainless steel base and your beverage will stay hot or cold for hours!
It's coated in a food safe epoxy, and any decal design will be coated and protected underneath that epoxy. Please follow the wash/care instructions provided and can be seen below.

It is important to make sure your shipping address is correct. Delays can occur if your shipping address is not accurate. We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address provided if your order goes to the wrong location. We are not liable for any stolen, lost or mis-delivered items. Once your item is shipped, then it becomes the carriers responsibility, but tracking will be provided. In the case of shipping carrier issues, please notify me and the carrier, and I will do my due diligence with you to sort it out. Refund or replacement cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to carrier issues until the Items returned with insufficient address or not able to deliver. And there will be a charge of $15.00 to reship item(s).

Lead 4-6 weeks. If you order multiple items or made to order tumbler with a ready to ship tumbler, lead time will increase.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on custom ordered tumblers will be accepted. If there is an error on my part once the item is received, please notify me WITHIN 24 hours. The item will need to be returned to be fixed or replaced. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase or they CANNOT be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a product comes damaged contact me immediately. Damage item solution (replacement) request must be made within 24 hours after delivery. You can email the business account directly at email@example.com, within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items, minimum of 3 photos. We will look into the matter and contact you within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 12 hours of placing initial order.
