These tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe.  HAND-WASH ONLY and NON-MICROWAVEABLE.  Tumbler should not be soaked or scrubbed vigorously.  All tumblers are made with love so please take care.  DO NOT DROP, as this finish gives off a glass-like smooth finish, and subject to being chipped.  We do not take refunds on dropped tumblers, but for additional cost, would do repairs of capable.  

DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
